1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using GateXchange, submitting a transaction request, or communicating with GateXchange regarding a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not submit a transaction request or use our services.
2. Our Service
GateXchange provides a payment exchange and payout coordination service intended to assist eligible freelancers, contractors, remote workers, businesses and other customers with international payment transactions.
Customers select an available payment service on our website, enter the amount they wish to receive and continue the transaction conversation through WhatsApp.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a transaction will be accepted or processed. Every transaction may be reviewed before confirmation.
3. Transaction Process
The GateXchange website is designed to make transaction requests simple. Customers select a supported service, enter the amount they wish to receive and contact our team through WhatsApp.

4. Transaction Limits
Each individual transaction submitted through GateXchange must not exceed $2,000 USD unless otherwise approved after additional review.
Customers may submit multiple transactions. However, each individual transaction must remain within the applicable $2,000 limit.
If a customer wishes to process an amount greater than $2,000, the customer must clearly state the purpose of the transaction and may be required to provide additional information or documentation before GateXchange decides whether the transaction can be accepted.
Splitting a transaction into multiple requests for the purpose of avoiding verification, transaction limits or other controls may result in the transaction being delayed, rejected or reviewed further.
5. Fees
Transactions may be subject to exchange, processing and service fees.
The applicable fee will be communicated and confirmed before the transaction is processed.
The final amount payable to the customer may therefore differ from the original requested amount after applicable fees, exchange rates and processing costs are taken into account.
Customers should confirm the final rate and applicable charges with GateXchange before authorizing a transaction.
6. Processing & Payout Times
Processing times depend on the payment service, transaction verification, availability of funds and other factors.
Standard Transactions
Other eligible payout transactions are generally processed within approximately 6–12 hours after confirmation.
Bank & Stripe-Related Transactions
Bank-transfer and Stripe-related transactions may take approximately 2–3 business days after confirmation, depending on processing, verification, banking procedures and other circumstances outside GateXchange's direct control.
Processing times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times. Additional verification or delays from payment providers, banks, network congestion or compliance reviews may extend processing times.
7. Clean & Legitimate Funds Only
GateXchange only accepts legitimate funds. Customers must not use the service to process funds obtained through illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Customers represent that they have the legal right to use and transfer any funds involved in a transaction.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Stolen or unauthorized funds.
- Fraud proceeds.
- Funds obtained through scams or deception.
- Unauthorized payment-account activity.
- Money laundering or attempts to conceal the origin of funds.
- Transactions connected to illegal activities.
- Funds subject to an existing dispute, investigation or unauthorized claim.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers must not initiate an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal after a legitimate transaction has been confirmed and processed.
If a customer believes a transaction was processed incorrectly, they should contact GateXchange immediately so that the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection or other laws.
9. Verification & Additional Information
GateXchange may request additional information before or during a transaction where reasonably necessary to verify the transaction, source of funds, identity, ownership or intended purpose.
A transaction may be delayed, rejected or cancelled where the requested information is not provided or where the transaction cannot reasonably be verified.
GateXchange may also retain transaction records where required for operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or compliance purposes.
10. Cryptocurrency Payouts
Where cryptocurrency is used as the payout method, customers are responsible for providing an accurate and compatible wallet address.
Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible. GateXchange is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address, incompatible network or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Customers should carefully verify their wallet address and blockchain network before confirming a cryptocurrency payout.
11. Refunds & Reversals
Transactions that have already been processed may not be refundable or reversible where the underlying payment or payout method does not permit reversal.
Any refund request will be reviewed individually based on the transaction status, payment provider rules and applicable law.
Customers should confirm all transaction details, amounts, fees and payout information before authorizing a transaction.
12. Prohibited Activities
Customers may not use GateXchange for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
- Fraud or attempted fraud.

Customers must ensure that any payment account, wallet or financial instrument used in connection with a transaction is legitimately controlled or authorized by them.
Customers should not share passwords, security codes, authentication codes or other sensitive account credentials with GateXchange through the website or WhatsApp.
14. Suspension & Termination
GateXchange reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate a transaction or customer relationship where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, unauthorized funds, suspicious activity, inaccurate information, violation of these terms or applicable legal requirements.
Where appropriate, GateXchange may request additional information before deciding whether a transaction can proceed.
15. Liability & Delays
GateXchange will make reasonable efforts to process eligible transactions within the estimated processing periods communicated to customers.
However, delays may occur because of banks, payment providers, blockchain networks, technical problems, verification procedures, compliance reviews, holidays or circumstances outside GateXchange's reasonable control.
